1. The Service

Widget Insights is an unofficial tool for airline pilots. It provides AI-assisted answers about the Pilot Working Agreement and Scheduling Reference Handbook, automated legality review of bid package trips against contract and FAR 117 rules, soft-pay and trip value analysis, and layover event planning. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official publication of any airline, union, or government agency.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are informational only and are not legal, employment, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for verifying every result against the official source documents, your Chief Pilot, or your union representative before acting on it.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, and if you use the Service on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, including by uploading documents you have no right to share;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping, or automated bulk extraction;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical or plan limits of the Service;
• attempt to jailbreak the AI features, generate illegal content, or use outputs to harass or deceive.

4. AI features, your content and outputs

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the documents you upload, and how you use any output. You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload any content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

As between you and us, you retain rights in your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, in the outputs generated for you. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts for moderation reasons. Rights-holders who believe content on the Service infringes their rights may contact us at support@widgetinsights.us with the details; we will review and remove infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

5. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your paid term. All Thomsen LLC retains ownership of the Service and all associated intellectual property, including software, models, prompts, documentation, design and branding. Third-party source documents referenced by the Service remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Subscriptions, payment and refunds

Access is sold as an annual subscription of $12 per year (equivalent to $1 per month), which renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantee.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your stored data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost pay, missed bids or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify All Thomsen LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
