If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including annual renewals. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@widgetinsights.us and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days of processing.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid term. Requests made outside the 30-day window are reviewed case by case, and we will always consider refunds where the Service was unavailable or failed to work as described.
